Roundtable Runsheet – Proforma

This page is not publicly linked. It is maintained for collaborative planning.

Purpose and context

These roundtable forums seek to demonstrate the breadth of interest, the common understanding of significant value, and the breadth of willingness to enter into a collaboration. This is to turn the individual statements of interest from our engagements with Australia’s most senior corporate, government and investment leaders… towards organisational action towards Foundation Participation in a national collaboration.

The subsequent (parallel) step, is for us to engage our ‘TOP50’ ASX, Investor and Government potential ‘Foundation Participants’ to start negotiating a fee-for-service contract with the AIPS that is the basis of their participation in this collaboration. To be equitable, fees are based on participants’ size within the economy based on ‘value’ at $30k per $1bn. (0.003 of 1% of Market Cap, FUM or Government-budgets). The services organisations receive for that fee are described in a custom Heads of Agreement, and will provide measurable value-for-money commercial benefits – to support a decision to participate – and to achieve sustained viability for the Institute.

Environment For These Events

Parliament venues are appropriate to host our stakeholder audience (see intended audience in relevant brochures). And, it gives us the maximum chance of getting broad non-partisan engagement from Political leaders.

We need to recognise, and plan around, the fact that Parliament venues are subject to ‘higher priority’ calls on Members. They may need to come and go at will throughout the event… And, at this stage of planning, we cannot be certain of numbers of attendees. We will need to adjust our planning accordingly.

Specific Event RunSheets

This proforma will vary between events as required. Detailed planning for the themes of each event can be found here. These will be updated constantly during planning. Please refer here for the latest versions.
